What to Expect on Our Journey Together
Initial Appointment

Your initial visit will consist of a thorough assessment based on a detailed health history; blood work, if available; and pertinent physical exam findings. I also use muscle response testing as an additional assessment tool to help identify potential stressors impacting your health. Muscle response testing is a non-invasive technique through which a potential stressor, such as a food intolerance, when introduced into the body’s electromagnetic field, will cause the nervous system to dysregulate and a strong muscle to weaken. Additional testing, including conventional bloodwork or specialized functional testing may be recommended at this time or later on in the treatment program. At the end of your initial appointment, you will have a better understanding of the underlying factors contributing to health concerns and a step-by-step plan that is tailored to your specific health goals consisting of diet and lifestyle recommendations and judiciously selected supplements.

Follow Up Appointments

Typically, a follow up appointment is recommended for 4-6 weeks after your inital appointment to assess progress, make adjustments to the treatment plan, and identify the next steps of the healing process. Depending on the nature of the concern, a few appointments may be needed to achieve resolution while some patients with more complex health challenges will require more time and support.

Collaboration

I strongly believe in a collaborative approach and work with other health care providers, including medical doctors, osteopaths, craniosacral therapists, chiropractors, biological dentists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and psychologists to provide the best possible care for my patients.

Empowerment

Ultimately, is my intention to empower you with tools, information and inspiration so that you can cultivate more wellbeing and fulfillment in your life knowing that I am available, as needed, to support you at any stage of your journey.
